Covering the full or partial cost of publications or awareness campaigns related to capital market activities.
Bearing part of the cost of member clients’ subscriptions to text message services regarding the monitoring of their transactions in securities listed on the Egyptian stock exchanges, or the issuance of statements of their balances with the Central Depository and Registration Company.
Bearing part of the cost of cybersecurity programs and other measures related to the protection against information technology risks and database breaches for the Fund’s members, including backup communication lines and the cost of hosting data and information at an alternative site.
Bearing part of the cost of upgrading or recruiting risk managers and internal auditors, with a view to ensuring preventive protection against risks to which member clients may be exposed and to avoiding violations of the rules.
Financing part of the cost of training the staff of the Fund’s members in areas such as internal control, financial management, and governance, as well as the cost of courses organized by the Financial Services Institute, the Egyptian Institute of Directors (EIoD), the Egyptian Stock Exchange, and other entities approved by the Authority.
