- Both the claimant and the respondent company shall have the right to submit an appeal against the decision of the Complaints Review and Examination Committee before the Board of Directors of the Fund within fifteen (15) days from the date of being notified of the decision issued in the indemnification request, provided that the appeal specifies its subject matter and grounds.
- The appeal shall be decided upon within ten (10) days from the date of its submission, together with the supporting documents necessary for its consideration.
- The member company and the client or shareholder shall be notified of the decision issued in the appeal within three (3) business days from the date of issuance.
- The appellant shall have the right to challenge the decision of the Fund’s Board of Directors before the Financial Regulatory Authority within one (1) month from the date of being notified thereof, and the decision of the Authority shall be final and binding on both the appellant and the Fund.
